Our group of 17 urologists have recently implemented an EMR. We had significant concerns about the implementation process and the adaptation by our physicians who range in age and computing skills quite widely. With the help of Leslie Warren of EMRAG the process was much less stressful than anticipated. We were able to implement the software in three months and have full physician and staff utilization of the software. Leslie has spared no effort in making sure that all aspects of the training of MDs and staff members as well as the implementation process went smothly from IT issues to setting up plan items, workflow processes and even helping in establishing interfaces with other labs and software. She also helped negotiate pricing for the software. She was always readily available, pleasant natured and totally committed to the project. I do not believe we would have been as successful in implementing this EMR without her help.
